Artistic and Precision will be at the rink with the Speed events at the Civic
hall. The entry forms are on the notice board. There is no entry fee and all
Club skaters are encouraged to enter. Please return all trophies to Chris
Hazelwood or Bruce ASAP
IMPORTANT GENERAL MEETING:
Saturday 11th
December, 5:00 pm at the rink. This is to discuss who and what coaching/times
will be available to all, including our Patch Class, in 2005. Also for
discussion will be a Strategy Plan for the future of the Club on any matter
that is raised. We would like all present and past members/coaches to attend
and have their thoughts for the coming years. If you know of any past members
who maybe interested in helping please let them know of the meeting. If you
cannot make the meeting please write your thoughts down and pass them onto a
Committee member

Please consider your coaching/practice time’s requirements for 2005 and pass
onto Chris Hazelwood in writing before Saturday 11th December. This
will allow us to see what our requirements regarding times will be.

BIRTHDAY CUP: Birthday cup award for the skater of the year. Nominations forms and rules will be place on board by 1st Dec. PLEASE start filling in the nomination form. Forms must be back to the Secretary by Monday 31st January 2005, 5:00 pm in a sealed envelop marked “Birthday Cup”.
NATIONALS: The Team Manager for Nationals 2005 will be Fiona Patrick. Assisting Fiona will be Chris Hazelwood and Chris Picard. In December Fiona will be contacting all of the National skaters for their Auckland contact details, etc
NATIONAL PHOTO: this will be taken at Club Champs, Sunday 12th December, at about 12:30 pm. Cost will be $10.00 per photo payable by 12th December 2004

Please Note: These dates maybe subject to alteration.
RINK CLOSURE: The rink will be closed for floor maintenance from 2nd January 2005 till 16th January 2005. In this time we will be having the floor repainted where necessary so NO ONE can use the rinks during this time period at all. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
INLINE HOCKEY COACHING: The Rimutaka Inline Hockey Club will be using the rink on the following dates and times for a coaching camp 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday 17th to Friday 21st inclusive and Monday 24th to Friday 28th inclusive plus Sunday the 23rd in January 2005. Our members may use the rink at other times outside the above dates and times in our normal times.
PATCH CLASS: Last Patch Class for 2004 will be Tuesday 14th December. This will be a fun night. Bring a plate for a light supper at the end. Soft drinks will be provided. PATCH CLASS for 2005 will start on Tuesday 1st February, 5.30 pm.
REMINDERS:

All of the building is a NO
SMOKING zone. This must be enforced with the new smoking laws.

When you are first at the rink give
the floor a sweep. List on notice board to record each time this is done.
·
Please use lights only when necessary
and ensure all lights, including the outside light, are OFF when
locking building up. We have to watch the power bill with electricity rising.
