vote. Nomination forms are on the board, and should be returned to Chris
Hazelwood, Bruce Crosby, or placed in a sealed envelope and pinned on the
Notice Board by 6.30pm
Sunday 29th June 2003. Please
inform Chris Picard or Bruce of any General Business for this meeting by the 30th June 2003.
A quorum is required at this meeting so we look
forward to seeing you all and keeping you up to date with the events of 2002 –
2003.

SITUATIONS VACANT: How
would you like to be the editor for the monthly newsletter? If you were able to
help by doing this job it would be much appreciated. Please contact Bruce if
you can help.
WANTED Old towels, sheets, etc. to clean
the rink floor.
FLOOR: Reminder that if you are first at
the rink PLEASE give the floor a sweep. By doing this you not only help in
maintaining the floor surface but help all skaters by having a clean floor to
skate on.
