ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:  Is to be held at the rink on Tuesday 1st  July 2003 at 6:30pm. Remits to be with Chris Picard by 30th June 2003.  All current members of the UHRSC over the age of 12 years by 1st June 2003 are eligible to vote. Nomination forms are on the board, and should be returned to Chris Hazelwood, Bruce Crosby, or placed in a sealed envelope and pinned on the Notice Board by 6.30pm Sunday 29th June 2003.  Please inform Chris Picard or Bruce of any General Business for this meeting by the 30th June 2003.

 

A quorum is required at this meeting so we look forward to seeing you all and keeping you up to date with the events of 2002 – 2003.

 

UP AND COMING FEES:

There are a number of fees due next month, so here is a reminder of what’s due for the end of July:

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: Just a reminder that if you change address or phones numbers etc then please notify the secretary or one of the committee ASAP so we can keep our records up to date. Also if you no longer wish to be a member then please be reminder that resignations should be provided in writing to the secretary. This ensures that we stop sending invoices etc to you.

 

SITUATIONS VACANT:  How would you like to be the editor for the monthly newsletter? If you were able to help by doing this job it would be much appreciated. Please contact Bruce if you can help.

 

WANTED Old towels, sheets, etc. to clean the rink floor.

 

FLOOR: Reminder that if you are first at the rink PLEASE give the floor a sweep. By doing this you not only help in maintaining the floor surface but help all skaters by having a clean floor to skate on.
